How to browse:

• Open the app and scroll through the home feed
• Use the search icon to find specific foods
• Filter by food categories (set in Food Preferences)
• Tap on any post to see full details

Post Information:

• Food name, description, and price
• Available quantity and order deadline
• Partner's business name and rating
• Delivery fee information

Steps to order:

1. Tap on a food post you want to order
2. Select the quantity you need
3. Enter your delivery address
4. Add any special notes (optional)
5. Review the total (food + delivery fee)
6. Tap "Place Order" to confirm

Order Status Flow:

How to track:

• Go to Profile → My Orders
• Tap on any order to see details
• You'll receive notifications for status changes

About Points:

• 1 Point = 1 Ks
• Use points to pay for orders
• Refunds are credited back to wallet

Top Up:

1. Go to Profile → Tap on wallet card
2. Tap "Top Up" button
3. Enter amount and payment details
4. Upload payment screenshot
5. Wait for admin approval

Withdraw:

1. Go to Profile → Tap on wallet card
2. Tap "Withdraw" button
3. Enter amount and payment info
4. Wait for admin to process

Like a Post:

• Tap the heart icon on any post
• Shows appreciation to the partner
• Helps popular posts get more visibility

Save a Post:

• Tap the bookmark icon on any post
• Access saved posts from Profile → Saved Foods
• Great for ordering later

How to follow:

• Visit a partner's profile page
• Tap the "Follow" button
• Get notified when they post new food

Set your preferences:

1. Go to Profile → Food Preferences
2. Select categories you like (Rice, Noodles, etc.)
3. Your home feed will prioritize these categories
4. Update anytime to change your preferences

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel orders in "Pending" status
• Full refund will be credited to your wallet
• Once accepted by partner, contact them directly
