KyaoMhar is a food marketplace platform that connects home cooks (Partners) with customers looking for homemade food. Our slogan "Sure Orders, Here is KyaoMhar" reflects our commitment to providing guaranteed, reliable pre-orders for all users on our platform.

We facilitate pre-orders and provide a platform for food discovery and ordering, ensuring that every order placed is fulfilled as promised.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. For Customers

• Orders are binding once confirmed
• Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing
• You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience

5. For Partners (Sellers)

• You must comply with all local food safety regulations
• You are responsible for the quality and safety of your food
• Accurate descriptions and photos must be provided
• Orders must be fulfilled as described
• Subscription fees are non-refundable

6. Payments & Wallet

• All transactions are processed through our wallet system
• Top-ups require admin approval
• Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days
• Platform fees and delivery fees apply as displayed

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate the platform
• Sell prohibited or unsafe items

8. Limitation of Liability

KyaoMhar acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or safety of food prepared by Partners
• Disputes between users
• Any losses arising from use of the platform

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
